【摘要】:Thisgenericspecificationrelatestopassivefilterunitsforelectromagneticinterferencesuppressionforusewithin,orassociatedwith,electronicorelectricalequipmentandmachines.Bothsingleandmulti-channelfilterswithinoneenclosureareincludedwithinthescopeofthisgenericspecification.Filtersconstructedofcapacitiveelementswheretheinductanceisinherentintheconstructionofthefilterarewithinthescopeofthisspecification.Similarly,filtersconstructedofinductiveelementswherethecapacitanceisinherentintheconstructionofthefilterarealsowithinthescopeofthisgenericspecification.Themanufacturershouldstatewhetheragivencomponentistobedesignedasacapacitor,aninductororafilter.Thefilterunitswithinthescopeofthisgenericspecificationarefurtherdistinguishedasthoseforwhichsafetytestsareappropriate(e.g.thoseconnectedtomainssupplies)andthoseforwhichsuchtestsarenotappropriate.Aseparatesectionalspecificationcoversthepassivefilterunitsforwhichsafetytestsareappropriate.Thisgenericspecificationestablishesstandardterms,inspectionproceduresandmethodsoftestforuseinsectionalanddetailspecificationswithintheIECQ-CECCsystemforelectroniccomponents.
