【摘要】:ThispartofISO3386specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthecompressionstress/straincharacteristicoflow-densityflexiblecellularmaterialsupto250kg/m.Italsoindicatesamethodforthecalculationofthecompressionstressvalueofsuchmaterials.Thecompressionstress/straincharacteristicisameasureoftheload-bearingpropertiesofthematerial,thoughnotnecessarilyofitscapacitytosustainalong-termload.Thecompressionstress/straincharacteristicdiffersfromtheindentationhardnesscharacteristics(asdeterminedinaccord-ancewithISO2439),whichareknowntobeinfluencedbythethicknessandthetensilepropertiesoftheflexiblecellularmaterialundertest,bytheshapeofthecompressionplateandbytheshapeandsizeofthetestpiece.ISO3386/2specifiesamethodforhigh-densitymaterialsanddiffersfrompart1inthefollowingways:—itismainlyconcernedwithmaterialsofdensityabove250kg/m;—compressionstressvalueshavebeendeleted;—itdoesnotpermittheuseofacylindricaltestpiece
