【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60695providesguidanceonthefactorswhichaffectthetoxichazardfromfiresinvolvingelectrotechnicalproducts,andprovidesinformationonthemethodologiesrecommendedbyISOTC92(SC3)forestimatingandreducingtoxichazardfromfires,asexpressedinISO/TR9122(Parts1to6),ISO13344andISO/TS13571.Thereisnosingletesttorealisticallyassesstoxichazardinfires.Small-scaletoxicpotencytestsarenotcapableontheirownofassessingfirehazard.Currenttoxicitytestsattempttomeasurethetoxicpotencyofalaboratorygeneratedfireeffluent.Toxicpotencyshouldnotbeconfusedwithtoxichazard.Oneoftheresponsibilitiesofatechnicalcommitteeis,whereverapplicable,tomakeuseofbasicsafetypublicationsinthepreparationofitspublications.
